Do you submit bids on our behalf?
No. The bid is submitted from your account and in your name, because eligibility, turnover and experience belong to you. We prepare the technical and commercial documents, run the compliance check, and stand beside you until the bid is lodged.
Which tender sources do you work with?
CPPP, GeM and the state e-tender portals, together with departmental notices. We read them daily and report only what fits your eligibility, so you are not reading 400 notices to find two that matter.
We are an MSME. What can you do for us?
Eligibility mapping against tender conditions, exemption and preference clauses you are entitled to, documentation in the format buyers expect, and bid-ready templates so the next submission takes hours instead of days.
What does a first engagement cost?
Reviews and bid-readiness work start at ₹35,000. Project controls retainers run from ₹60,000 per month. Every proposal states the deliverable, the date and the price before work starts.
Do you work outside your own city?
Yes. The team is remote-first and works Pan-India, with site presence scheduled for measurement, inspection and handover milestones.
Can you run Primavera P6 for us?
We build and maintain the programme, resource and cost loading, baselines, updates and the reporting that comes out of it. Your team is trained on the same file so the system survives after we leave.
How quickly can you start?
First call within two working days, written scope within five. Tender deadlines are worked backwards from the submission date.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before any tender documents, rates or commercial data are shared. We also work inside your own drives and systems when that is preferred.
