Tender pipeline

How we work the Indian tender flow for you.

Tender listings age quickly and public portals are noisy. Instead of publishing a scraped list, we read the sources daily and send you the shortlist that fits your eligibility, with a written go or no-go line.

01

Read every day

CPPP, GeM and state e-tender portals are read daily, including corrigenda and extensions.

02

Filter against you

Eligibility, turnover, past performance, MSME clauses, location and value band, applied to your profile, not a keyword alert.

03

Send a short digest

A weekly note with the shortlist, the deadline, the documents needed and a go or no-go line.

04

Prepare the bid

Technical write-up, compliance matrix, rate build-up and submission checklist whenever you decide to bid.

Sources we read. CPPP, GeM, state e-tender portals and departmental notices, including corrigenda. We do not republish tender documents, and official notices always take precedence over our summary.

Request the weekly digest

Tell us your activity, turnover band, registrations and the states you work in. The first digest is sent within a week, and you can stop it any time.

  • Weekly shortlist with deadlines
  • Document checklist for each shortlisted tender
  • Go or no-go line with the reason

Digest request

Submissions are delivered to azengineeringapp@gmail.com. First submission triggers a one-time confirmation email from the form service. You can also write to azengineeringapp@gmail.com directly, or call +966 57 426 8856.

India tender board

Tenders and bids with their expiry dates

Every listing below is captured from the Central Public Procurement Portal (eprocure.gov.in), with the organisation, the tender reference, the bid submission closing date and a link to the official notice. Filter by deadline or by work type, then open the notice on the portal itself before you decide to bid.

Loading live listings.

Source: Central Public Procurement Portal, Government of India. The board is refreshed from the portal listing pages; corrigenda and date extensions are published by the buyer, so always confirm the deadline on the official notice. Bid submission fees, EMD and eligibility are stated in the tender documents.

Send us the tender or the problem.

One document and one honest answer on whether it is worth bidding, what it will take and what it will cost.
